OUR PHILOSOPHY

Respect & Belonging

At Bond of Brothers , we believe people grow best when they are respected, trusted, and supported consistently. We value individuality, move at a human pace, and create environments where people feel they belong.

Our philosophy is simple: when people are respected and trusted, confidence follows — and confidence creates lasting change.

MEET OUR FOUNDER

Built from Experience, Led with Intention

Seth Turner, founder of Bond of Brothers, brings years of hands-on-experience supporting individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities across group homes, community settings, and one-on-one care.

Through that work he developed a clear perspective on what meaningful support should look like — consistent, personal and built around the individual instead of a system.

After seeing both the strengths and gaps within existing models of care, Seth created Bond of Brothers to offer something more intentional. His approach continues to guide the organization today, shaping how support is delivered and how relationships are built.
